2. Services Offered

Caschera SPA offers its clients:

• Wellness services and SPA treatments
• Wellness and fitness programs
• Beauty and aesthetic services
• Ability to book online or through direct contact

3. Bookings

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or at the reception.

It is recommended to book at least 24 hours in advance.

In case of delay exceeding 15 minutes, the treatment duration may be reduced or the appointment cancelled.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the booked time.

In case of no-show or late cancellation, the full treatment amount will be charged.

5. SPA Access

SPA access is reserved for guests over 16 years old.

From 16 to 18 years old, access is allowed only if accompanied by an adult.

Swimsuit and towel provided by the facility are mandatory.

Maximum stay in the SPA is 2 hours, unless otherwise indicated by staff.

6. Gift Vouchers and Packages

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

They are non-refundable and must be used before the expiration date.

Packages cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise indicated.

7. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Payment can be made online, by credit card, bank transfer, or directly at the facility.

Caschera SPA reserves the right to change prices at any time.

8. Liability

Caschera SPA guarantees maximum professionalism and safety in performing treatments.

Users are required to inform staff of any allergies, pathologies, or particular physical conditions.

Caschera SPA is not responsible for damages resulting from incomplete or missing information provided by the client.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, graphics) is the property of Caschera SPA or used under license. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10. Changes to Conditions

Caschera SPA reserves the right to update or modify these Conditions at any time.

Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the site.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute, the Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
